National Organization for Women, NYC Chapter, 1972; Chair of the rape prevention committee, 1973; Action VP of NYC NOW, 1974. Corresponding secretary of Westchester NOW, 1978 – 1983. Secretary, Philadelphia NOW, 1985 – 1990. Chapter president of Westchester NOW, 1997 – 2001. The first female purchasing manager at Lehman College of the City University of New York, and the first female director of purchasing and services at Community College of Philadelphia.
