Ollie Butler-Moore
September 6, 1919 – July 16, 1973

Dean of women for 20 years at Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA. Served on the first board of directors of National NOW, 1966–1969. Member of NOW’s image committee and NOW’s committee on continuing education for women in 1970. Worked with many organizations, including the YWCA, the Southwest Regional Association of Guidance Workers, the National Association of Women Deans, the Family Relations Council of LA and the National Association of Deans of Women and Advisors to Girls in Negro Schools.
