Author and pioneer in career development and assertiveness training for women. Founder of Janice LaRouche Associates, an organization that holds career-planning workshops for women. Joined NY NOW and served on the board, 1968–1969. Founded Career Workshops for Women in 1968, and was featured in an article in The New York Times, “A Women’s Liberation Approach to Solving Career Problems,” April 11, 1970. A founder of Veteran Feminists of America.
