President, NOW Chapel Hill Chapter. Vice President of NOW’s Political Action Committee. Fought for gender equality, women’s reproductive rights and passing the Equal Rights Amendment in North Carolina. One of the first women managers at IBM in Research Triangle Park. Founded Lillian’s List in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with Laura Edwards in 1997.
