“Chicanas can no longer remain in a subservient role or as auxiliary forces but must be included in the front lines of communication, leadership and organizational responsibility.”
Wrote and published Regeneracíon between 1970 and 1975. Founded the Comisión Femenil Mexicana Nacional, an organization specifically concerned with issues important to Hispanic women.
