THE VFA PIONEER HISTORIES PROJECT

Felicia Kahn

July 11, 1926 – June 21, 2018

“The League of Women’s Voters was my education in politics, on issues in most everything to do with government.”

A champion of equal rights and women’s rights. Represented Louisiana as a delegate to the National Women’s Conference in Houston, 1977. Member of the National Council of Jewish Women, the Independent Women’s Organization, the New Orleans Coalition, the National Women’s Political Caucus, Common Cause, the Alliance of Concerned Taxpayers and the Alliance for Affordable Energy.
