December 12, 1925 – September 17, 2022

“Women were energized by the women’s movement not only to further their education, but to get involved in government and policy making. Contrary to the sensationalism that branded us as bra burners, we were serious about creating a better, more equitable society.”

Lifelong commitment to equal rights and justice for women and girls. A charter member of NOW, 1966. League of Women Voters of Wisconsin. A founder of the Wisconsin Women’s Network.
