| THE PROGRAMJacqui introduces Storyline
 KAREN DECROW tells what life
was like as National Strike Coordinator. She then calls up several honorees and hosts presents them with a medal
			of honor.

Following that, KATE MILLETT comes to the mike to tell how the sensational
reaction to her book "SEXUAL POLITICS" affected her. She relates her part in the march and rally, when
she announced, "We are a movement now!" She calls up several honorees to be presented with a medal.

 SUSAN BROWNMILLER recalls what
she and the New York Radical Feminists did that day, and then calls up several women who receive medals.

 JANICE LAROUCHE has some pre-strike
stories of her own, and interweaves a bit about how her assertiveness training helped motivate many to act on August
			26. Janice too calls up women to be medaled.

 CAROLE DE SARAM tells about
her 1970 actions and the 1971 "We Won't Bear Any More Bull" demonstration at the American Stock Exchange.
She then calls up the rest of the honorees for their medals.
FINALEA SALUTE TO A FEMINIST FUTURE AND VFA'S ROLE
 LOOK WHAT WE STARTED! American
women are fighting to help women around the globe, to ftee them from poverty, rape, genital mutilation, marital
abuse, "honor 'killings, eternal pregnancies --you remember it, you name it. We will continue until every
woman has access to education, employment, marital equity, birthcontrol, healthbenefits. We here know our movement
can only claim success when women around the world have human rights. And this could take centuries.
Our vision is the VFA will be a support for future generations of veterans. We
are now reaching out to veterans of 1976 to 1985. Though I'll work with VFA as long as I'm able, my hope is that
we will have a New York office with at least one paid assistant, and active committees to help with public relations,
fundraising, membership, etc. To do this we need to be set up on a solid footing, and we need our members to help.
